“Stitched Color Wheel” Stamps & Dies from Spellbinders May 2022 Club
Thanks so much for stopping by to see the cards that I created with the new “Stitched Color Wheel” Stamps & Dies from Spellbinders Stamp & Die Club. In this post, I am sharing three cards that I created. This stamp & die set is super cute and a lot of fun to create with. I created three colorful cards featuring the color wheel and thread bobbin.
For my first card, I layered a colorful stripe paper from Vicki Bouton 6×8 paper pad on top of a lavender patterned paper from the Spellbinders May Card Kit. I stamped out the color wheel in brown ink and then took the pie shape and stamped each section in a different color. I created a fun faux stitching with a white gel pen on each of the sections in the color wheel. I cut out 3 of the thread bobbin from white cardstock and then layered them together to create a faux chipboard. I wound some pink floss around the bobbin and then added the “Stitched with Love” sentiment to the bobbin. To finish this card, I added a Spellbinders Fashion Gold embellishment to the center of the color wheel and around the card.
For my second card, I cut out circles using white cardstock and a fun polka dot paper from the Vicki Boutin Color Study 6×8 Paper Pad using the largest Spellbinders Essential Circles dies. I die cut the color wheel from white cardstock and then stitched each section with a different color thread. I added the “Together Like Needle and Thread” sentiment. To finish this card, I scattered some enamel dots around the card and added one of the Spellbinders Fashion Gold embellishments to the center of the color wheel.
For my third card, I layered a floral patterned paper and lavender paper from the Spellbinders Card Kit 6×6 paper pad to a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ card base. I then added a white card stock panel which I matted with gold mirror card. I created two of the thread bobbins and then wound bits of thread in different colors. This was an awesome way to use up some short pieces of floss that were left over from other projects. I added the “Together Like Needle and Thread” sentiment. To finish this card and a bit more sparkle, I added some of the Spellbinders Fashion Gold embellishments.
I hope I’ve given you some inspiration for how you can use the Spellbinders May 2022 Stamps & Dies to create some super cute colorful cards. Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by my blog. I hope you join me in June for more cards created with the awesome club kits from Spellbinders.

These are so colorful đ I really like the embroidery floss bobbin tags.
