“Let’s Celebrate You” Card Created with the Spellbinders May 2023 Embossing Folder
Thanks so much for stopping by to see the card project that I created with the new “Candles For Every Birthday” Embossing Folder from Spellbinders May 2023 Clubs. This embossing folder is 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ so it’s perfect for creating larger cards like a 5″x7″ card. I love the added dimension and texture that using an embossing folder brings to a card.
For this card, I created a 5″ x 7″ card base created from white cardstock. I then embossed the design using orange cardstock. The die cuts that were used on this card are from the Spellbinders “Party Hat “Party Hat & Streamers” card kit. I matted a large die with the saying “Let’s Celebrate You” with some white cardstock. This was the centerpiece for this card and also the sentiment.
To embellish this card, I used floral dies, a kitty with a party hat, and a pink circle die that says “Wonderful You”. To finish off this card, I added Honey Bee Stamps tiny clear gems to all the flowers.

Your card is beautiful Karen! I love the texture of the candles in the background. I’d enjoy a YouTube video update of your new craft room’s organization if you have the time & are willing to share it. Your new home looks beautiful & I hope you are happily settling in. Moving is hard for those of us who like to keep everything just so, isn’t it? There are so many new challenges! Solutions that worked well in the old space can be unworkable in the new one! How Frustrating! My dog has missed Bella talking doggy to her! Lady & I think LillyBelle often lets Bella speak for both of them 🙂 thanks for sharing.
