Scrap Our Stash | October 2020 | What’s My Challenge | Grateful for my Family

This layout was created for the Scrap Our Stash What’s My Challenge for October 2020 … “Hello October”. Using the mood board, create a layout inspired by the theme, colors, photos or words. If you are interested in participating in this month’s challenge head on over to the Scrap Our Stash Blog.

I used a family photo that was taken on Thanksgiving at my Aunt Sally’s house. For this challenge, I decided to use the Echo Park Autumn collection.

I started my layout using a stripe paper and an off white card stock for my background.  I added a leaf pattern paper and another yellow pattern papers as layers under my photo. I matted my photo with some of the off white cardstock and also a dark brown cardstock. My title “Thankful for my Family” was created using several different gold and brown thickers.

For my embellishments, I also fussy cut some of the leaves from one of the papers. I used stickers from the 12×12 sticker sheet.  A few gold leaf sequins and gold round sequins finish off this layout!

Here are some closeups of my layout.

And, here’s a full picture of my layout.

I hope I’ve inspired you to join in on this month’s challenge. For more inspiration, go over to Scrap Our Stash Blog and check out the other Design Team Member layouts for this month’s challenges.
