Floral Cards Created with Spellbinders August 2022 Club Kits
Thanks so much for stopping by to see the cards that I created with the new “Illustrated Floral & Solid” Glimmers and the “Perfect Floral Bloom” Stamp & Die Kits from Spellbinders August 2022 Clubs.
In this post, I am sharing two cards that I created using the new club kits. For my first card, I used an A2 size card (4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″). I used the glimmer plate with the gorgeous floral and aura foil to create a beautiful floral backdrop for the Silhouette. All of the papers used on this card are from the August Card Kit. For the card base, I used a pink floral paper. Next, I added a card panel with a pink gold foil paper and matted it with a black and gold pattern paper. The sentiments for this card and the butterflies were from the dies included in the card kit. A few bold sequins and some tiny clear gem stickers from Honey Bee stamps finish off this card.
For my second card, The card base was created using a black word pattern paper from the 6×6 Paper Pad included in the Spellbinders August Card Kit and matted it with black cardstock. I die cut out the flowers and leaves and then used watercolors from Altenew to stamp the images onto the die cut pieces. The stamps are layering stamps and they are super fun and easy to create some beautiful florals.
To create a backdrop for my sentiment, I die cut out the frame using the die that was included in the Spellbinders August Card Kit out of a yellow pattern paper and also a light blue pattern paper.
I used one of the glimmer sentiments from the Illustrated Floral & Solid glimmers with Aura foil to create the sentiment. To add just a touch of sparkle, I scattered some of the blue sequins that were included in the August Card Kit.
I hope I’ve given you some inspiration for how you can use the Spellbinders Stamp and Dies and the Spellbinders Glimmers to create cards that sparkle. Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by my blog. I hope you join me in September for more cards created with the awesome club kits from Spellbinders.
